Whole New You Fitness is a boutique fitness business specializing in outdoor exercise for men and women, young and old, well-trained and weekend warrior. If, like me, you're someone who wants to work out but dreads the gym, give Whole New You Fitness a try.
Currently Whole New You Fitness specializes in outdoor fitness classes for groups and individuals. Whether you've been working out for years or recommitting to your health and wellness, Whole New You Fitness can help you!
Whole New You Fitness is here for you. No matter your age, no matter your fitness level, Whole New You Fitness has something to meet your needs.
If you love outdoor group exercise check out an outdoor fitness class. Outdoor fitness class participants get their hearts pumping in a 45-minute class that includes body weight calisthenics, weight training, cardio intervals, core exercises, agility training and plyometrics.
Whole New You Fitness currently serves more than 50 women and offers two weekly outdoor fitness classes as well as group running opportunities. Please refer to services for my weekly class schedule.
If you prefer 1-on-1 training, then perhaps an individual outdoor fitness session is for you. The best part about working with Whole New You Fitness is that a gym is not necessary! We can enjoy the outdoors in a one-on-one training session. This service is especially helpful for anyone returning to a fitness routine after taking time off. Initially we will work on building your strength and improving your cardio. Then we can add hand weights and more demanding cardiovascular exercises.
I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (gold standard certification). I have an American Red Cross certification in CPR/First Aid and am covered by ACE insurance. I am also a trained Wellness Coach and incorporate the elements of wellness coaching in all of my training. Wellness coaching is geared toward helping individuals make permanent lifestyle changes by creating a wellness vision and setting goals to reach that vision. I obtained my Wellness Coach training through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Exercises include jump rope, body weight calisthenics, plyometrics, speed and agility training and sports conditioning games.
